Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University is seeking Student Engagement Assistants. - Boca Raton, FL

Summary of Responsibilities include:

• Greet visitors at the Marlene and Harold Forkas Alumni Center.

• Responds to phone calls, voicemails and answers email correspondence.

• Orders supplies, equipment maintenance, and submits Facility Work Orders regarding building general maintenance.

• Process orders for name badges, assistance with incoming and outgoing mail, updating Alumni Event calendar, and maintaining an orderly office area.

• Assists with the Senior Class Gift cords for pick-up.

• Support Alumni events (Tailgates, Hall of Fame, Talon, Majestic Owls etc.)

• Other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree-seeking undergraduate student with a minimum of six credit hours (or twelve if international) and a 2.5 GPA.

$12.00 per hour.
