Job Description: Christ Presbyterian Church in Canton, OH, is hiring a full-time Director of Children's and Family Ministries.

Christ Presbyterian Church (Presbyterian Church USA) (CPC), 400 members strong and located in the heart of downtown Canton, OH, exists to glorify God, lead people to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ, build one another up in spiritual maturity, and send out servants to share the Good News in word and deed. Our church is currently searching for a Director of Children's and Family Ministries. One who wishes to apply for this position must be a professing Christian with an understanding of, or a willingness to learn, Presbyterian/Reformed theology; a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred with study emphasis on Christian Education teaching, counseling, psychology and/or theology preferred. They will lead a children's discipleship program designed to develop young Christians who appreciate and engage Christ's call to discipleship, and desire to live and work for the Kingdom of God and will provide faith development and support to families of the church and in the broader community.  Prior experience working with children and families
