Job Summary

The Coeur d'Alene Resort Reservation Agents represents the first point of contact with guests and fulfills reservation requests by determining the rooms available and packages to meet guests desires. Reservation Agents are responsible to proactively and continually communicate with current and potential guests, seeking out every opportunity to exceed their expectations with exceptional guest & hospitality service!

Starting at $17 an hour + Incentives!

*Evenings and Weekends required.

Essential Functions

  • Inbound and Outbound Telephone Reservation Sales – No Cold Calling (follow-up on existing reservation inquiries along with answering inbound reservation calls).

  • Provide efficient, courteous service to our Guests.

  • Must be proficient in basic computer skills, multi-tasking and have a willingness to learn property specific software programs.

  • Work as part of a team.

  • Experience in Opera preferred but not required.

Holiday Pay:

  • Hourly team members who work on Thanksgiving and Christmas will be paid their wage at time and a half.

  • Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week or more.

PTO:

  • 6 months gets 7 PTO days (average 28 hours per week)

  • 1 year gets 10 PTO days (average 28 hours per week)

  • 2-4 years gets 15 PTO days (average 28 hours per week)

  • 5+ years gets 20 PTO days (average 23 hours per week)

401K Plan:

  • Team members are eligible to participate at the age of 21 or greater and at the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

  • 2% match with a 4% contribution from the team member.
