What We Are Looking For The 3D Systems site in Littleton, Colorado is expanding rapidly and needs a skilled Senior Project Manager as part of the project management office. This role will be within the Application Innovation Group (AIG) under the direction of the Program Manager of the Application Innovation Group. The mission of the team is to accelerate the development of advanced applications and innovative additive manufacturing solutions, for 3DS, for their clients and the society as a whole. In your role as Project Manager-Application Innovation Group, you are involved in new projects from the start where our team ' s technical knowledge and expertise are essential for their success. Projects may range in scope from simple application/product development to fully encompassed machine, software, process integrations. In this job, you will not only cooperate with your manufacturing, quality and application engineering colleagues world-wide but you can also rely on the knowledge and experience of colleagues from other 3D Systems divisions. You are capable of assessing customer demand. Using a project management approach you define and deliver your projects in time and within budget. You will work closely with the Project Management Office colleagues and AIG management to allocate resources, engage with customers and set internal teams up for success What You Will Do The following performance objectives will determine job success for this position: * Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget- Participate in customer project meetings and assist in efforts to translate and understand part, project, and validation/certification requirements. * Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. * Provide regular and robust updates to external teams working closely with business development and project team. * Manage product realization and project management processes to deliver innovation quickly and with excellent quality. * Manage a portfolio of active and pipeline development projects. * Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and report to leadership and clients. * Perform risk management to minimize project risks. * Use appropriate verification techniques and platforms to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects: - Ensure resource availability and allocation. * Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. * Report and escalate to management as needed. * Create and maintain comprehensive project and program documentation. What You Will Bring * Bachelors or Masters degree;or equivalent combination of educational background and work experience. * PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus. * Smartsheet and PowerBI experience is a plus. * Experience with Additive Manufacturing is a plus. * Experience in a highly regulated environment such as aerospace (AS9100) or medical device (ISO 13485) is a plus * A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. * Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. * Excellent computer skills. * Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time. * Due to this position serving in the Application Innovation Group, which includes the need to review technical information from aerospace and defense customers, a successful candidate must be a U.S. Person. The Good Stuff! * Salary Range: $92,000 - $115,000 annually (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data. * In addition to a salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based upon company performance. * 3D Systems offers a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance, and company-paid basic life insurance.
