Work as a Subject Matter Expert for company clients on implementing, integrating, and troubleshooting the Radcom Solution. Maintain on-going engagement with customers throughout the duration of the integration. Work directly with takeholders for the preparation, revision, and implementation of thorough Method of Procedure (MOP) documents for lab and production settings. Determine the priority of every customer Change Request associated with the Virtual Network Function (VNF). Manage the portal holding the repository of all documents and artifacts. Define scope of user training and coaching customers’ operations as well as internal support personnel about VNF.
