Ricoh Americas Corporation Shipping and Receiving Associate in Poughkeepsie, New York
Fulfillment Specialist - JLL-IBM Poughkeepsie, NY
40 hrs per week, M-F 7:00am-3:30pm (1/2 hour lunch)
This position will support client
facilities in a corporate/warehouse environment. Services provided to client
include mail/shipping/receiving, courier delivery (within property), and a
kiosk and locker service. Tasks are performed with supervision in a team
environment.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sort, deliver and pick-up mail and packages according to established time frames and service standards
Scan and input all incoming and outgoing items into TRAC database, including certified, registered, return receipt, Federal Express and UPS for delivery to customers
Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies. Technical skills/knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer experience is a must.
Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Audio Visual Equipment as needed
Performs duties related to asset management - Role includes physically placing assets and parts into kiosk and lockers and retrieving to prepare items for shipment
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Must be able to stand and walk for extensive period of time/distance, within site.
Ability to use an electric cart and forklift as needed. Training and certification will be provided.
Periodic driving requirement utilizing small delivery truck building to building within site
Perform shipping, receiving and dock work in a mailroom type environment
Uses all copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, postage meter and PC
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude in this customer-faced environment
Performs other duties as assigned, including management assistance

Additional Pay Details
Compensation range is: $17.45-$18.00
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
Demonstrate competency in computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite
