Providence Health Plan is calling a Senior Web Content Producer who will: Provide daily operational website support as part of Providence Health Plan's digital marketing team, which supports Providence's Mission and Vision through leadership and management of the health plan's online presence, including public websites, portals, mobile applications and other extensions of the digital experience Serve as the first point of contact and initial analyst on all website requests from their assigned areas Be responsible for completing text and graphic changes to assigned websites, and making other changes as required Possess strong writing skills and knowledge of web content management systems (CMS) to complete website add or change requests within strict timelines and with high attention detail Serve as the subject matter expert on website changes Have the ability to share and communicate knowledge in a clear, logical manner to internal stakeholders and vendor partners Work with leadership to identify digital needs and opportunities Utilize strong critical thinking and communication skills to support and work closely with marketing and product team members in planning and accomplishing goals Be a detail-oriented self-starter Be mindful of deadlines Manage multiple projects simultaneously Be able to recognize when to seek support in decision making We welcome 100% remote work for residents who reside in one of the following States: Washington Oregon California Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or another technology-related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience Preferred qualifications for this position include: 5+ years of web experience with an emphasis on web content management, digital marketing and/or web product development and implementation 1+ years of healthcare experience Why Join Providence?
