HonorHealth has an opening for an Analyst, Supply Chain II, in Scottsdale, AZ. Collect and analyze supply chain and financial data, and responsible for the effective development and presentation of contract, clinical, financial, and statistical analysis supporting performance and cost reduction goals. Design and monitor operational analysis, dashboards, and benchmarks used for Supply Chain to guide the business. Work closely with accounting, category management, operations and others to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting. Create functional documentation, participate and review technical documentation, system configuration, create training materials and facilitating or leading cross functional teams through projects and/or issues to achieve desired results. Perform analysis of customer needs.

Manage and support the identification and research of new developments and use of current systems and applications, as well as upgraded systems and applications to meet customer needs. Products may include, but are not limited to; online applications, complex reporting, SaaS solutions, etc. Create presentations/visualizations, reports, metrics, and dashboards for management involving significant analysis of multiple or complex data sources. Collaborate with all areas of supply chain professionals, HonorHealth executives and operational leaders on all products and service initiatives to ensure cost effectiveness in achieving supply chain strategic objectives. Create training and education documentation to support metrics, policies, procedures, and system tools. Provide training via phone, online, and in person.

Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelors in Business Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related. Three (3) years of relevant work experience. Ability to create presentations/visualization, reports, metrics. Ability to collaborate with all areas of supply chain. Ability to create and provide training.
