Lynden Incorporated is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to work as part of our SeaTac based team. In this role, you will be the face of the Lynden IT department. You will provide advanced troubleshooting and support for end-user hardware and software issues, including operating systems, office productivity software, email clients, and specialized applications. This position is not safety sensitive.

What you will be doing:

- - Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for end-user hardware and software issues, including operating systems, office productivity software, email clients, and specialized applications.

- - Manage the setup, imaging, deployment, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

- - Install, assemble, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network services as it relates to the desktops, servers, printers, cameras, and mobile computing environment.

- - Lift 25+ lbs. and work in tight spaces to change out workstations, monitors, run wiring, etc.

- - Prioritize and respond to incidents escalated from the Help Desk.

- - Perform computer diagnostics and repairs via phone, chat, remote control, or in person

Complete and maintain required documentation for hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
