Position: Customer Service/Front Desk Host for our Laser Tag/Virtual Reality Center Part-time, mostly weekend hours, flexible Pay: $11.50/hour during 14 day training period. Pay increases to $12.50 after training complete.

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment
• Escort guests to their assigned seats or tables
• Provide menus and explain specials or promotions to guests
• Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
• Assist with seating arrangements during peak times
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth dining experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of theater etiquette and food service procedures is a plus
