Job Summary: Our Hosts help provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume restaurant. Greet guests, accept reservations, and organize wait-lists and seating charts to maintain smooth dining room experiences. 

The Details: Position Type: Seasonal (6 months) or Year Round Start Dates: Spring 2024 Pay: $12.90/hr Housing/Meals: $13.50 per day Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. 
• Greet guests, accept reservations and organize wait lists and seating charts. 
• Help organize to-go orders.
• Clean, stock, and maintain work areas.
• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Previous Host experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Ability to absorb information quickly: Menus, reservation systems, dining room floor plan, and point-of-sale system. 

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours. 
• Ability to lift up-wards of 20 lbs.
